DESCRIPTION:The annual DIMVA conference serves as a premier forum for advan
 cing the state of the art in intrusion detection, malware detection, and vu
 lnerability assessment. Each year, DIMVA brings together international expe
 rts from academia, industry, and government to present and discuss novel re
 search in these areas.\n\nDIMVA is organized by the special interest group 
 Security - Intrusion Detection and Response (SIDAR) of the German Informati
 cs Society (GI). The conference proceedings will appear in Springer Lecture
  Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series.\n\nThe DIMVA 2017 conference will
  be co-located with the ESSOS conference.
